KabulChawla BPTP is the successful owner of Business
Park Town Planners Limited (BPTP) based in Delhi. Recently the company planned
to strike the capital market by rising funds via an Initial Public Offering
(IPO). BPTP filled its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI. The public
issue of equity shares that have a value of Rs 10 each with the price band will
be decided later in order to combine to Rs 15000 million. JP Morgan Pvt. Ltd.
And IDFC – SSKI Ltd are the leading managers related to the issue.
KabulChawla BPTP is leading a real estate player located
in Delhi. The company has various projects in Greater Noida, Noida, Faridabad,
Gurgaon, and New Delhi. The portfolio of Business Park Town Planners Limited is
large. This portfolio includes all product categories and facets of Real
Estate. This means Shopping Malls, IT Parks, Commercial Complexes, Built-up
Villas, Plotted Development, and Condominiums are part of the portfolio. Kabul Chawla BPTP revealed numerous
upcoming projects encompassing Parklands that is the new era 1000 acre
incorporated township located at Faridabad.
As mentioned above, Business
Park Town Planners Limited appointed IDFC SSKI and JP Morgan as chief book
running executive for the IPO. The company has a land bank of around 2,000
acres principally in the National Capital Region (NCR). Kabul Chawla BPTP launched recently a residential project of Group
Housing – Park Prime located at Gurgaon.
The project named Park
Prime is situated at Sector 66. The choice of Gurgaon is advantageous since the
region offers outstanding connectivity with community districts of Faridabad,
South Delhi, and Gurgaon. In addition, the connectivity with the domestic and
international airport makes the area a wonderful stage for upcoming work and
living environment.
Park Prime is the 3rd
residential project of the company in Gurgaon. This is after
Kabul Chawla BPTP set up a robust
foothold in Faridabad through BPTP Parklands that is an incorporated township
covering 1500 acres. The current project in Gurgaon, Park prime, is spread on a
zone of 11 acres and will house 466 units. The project will offer a combination
of luxury 3, 4, and 5 BHK finest flats with valued added amenities. The basic
sale price of units since the launching of the project is Rs.2950 sq. ft. In
Park Prime, the size of flats will vary from 2673 sq. ft, 1999 sq. ft. and 1360
sq. ft.
